This game is distributed on the Poki platform. By playing it you agree to the points below.

1. Data collected

• Saved progress. Your progress and settings are stored locally in your browser, so you can pick up where you left off. They are not sent anywhere.
• Advertising (Poki). Ads are served only through the Poki SDK. To deliver and measure ads, Poki and its advertising partners may process technical data such as your device type, browser, IP address (for approximate location) and ad interactions, under Poki's own Privacy Statement. We use no other ad network.

2. What we do not do

• This version contains no analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, no GameAnalytics, no in-house tracking.
• The game makes no network connections of its own.
• We never ask for your name or email, or ask you to create an account.
• We do not sell your personal data.

3. Children

The game is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising follows the Poki platform policies.

4. Your choices

You can clear locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser storage. For data processed on the Poki platform, see the Poki Privacy Statement.

5. Terms of use

This game is provided "as is", for entertainment, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. All assets are used under their respective licenses. These terms may change; continued play means you accept the current version.
